These video snippets are part of a larger project I created to help employees understand core competencies, the various levels of achievement within those competencies, and tips on how to achieve the next level. There were 40 videos in all. The videos were created in Premiere, with After Effects elements, and presented in a Storyline module with hotspots to branch out to the appropriate videos.
